Reflection

Skills

One of the most important skills that I have gained is communication. As a sales representative, it is important that you can communicate well with others, especially if they are your customers or clients. You need to be able to understand what they want and how they want it so that you can help them achieve their goals.

Another skill that I have gained is leadership because people look up to you as a leader when they know what they are doing and how things work around them. It's important for a sales representative to know what needs to be done by whom so that everything goes smoothly without any problems or delays along the way.

Behavioral Change

The other big behavioral change that occurred for me after learning case 1 was being able to see past my own biases and assumptions when dealing with customers. Before learning about job design and job analysis, I would often assume things about people based on their appearance or background—for example, if someone appeared Hispanic or African American, then they were probably going through hard times financially. After learning about these concepts though, I've learned how important it is not only for myself but also for everyone else involved in the process of selling services or products take into account all factors before making any conclusions about someone else's lifestyle choices

Knowledge

I have gained a lot of knowledge about the sales representative job. I learned how to do the job analysis, job design and how to implement it into my company. I also learned that there are some things that we need to improve like employee motivation and productivity.

I learned that every job requires a set of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes (KSAs). The KSAs are the basic requirements for doing a particular job. If you want to be an effective sales representative, you need to have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.

Future

A sales representative is a person who sells goods or services. They are part of the supply chain, and they are involved in nearly every industry. They are often seen as one of the first points of contact with a company’s customers, and they can be an important part of building relationships with new clients.

In order to be successful at selling, you need to have a good understanding of what your product is, how it works and why it will benefit your customer. You also need to know about any competitors that might be offering similar products or services. You also need to be able to listen carefully and respond appropriately to questions from potential customers.
