Human Resource Issues with Disneyland

Disneyland Paris has failed to recognize the importance of ethnocentric, polycentric, geocentric and regiocentric diversity. The company should resolve this issue by hiring more employees who hail from different ethnic backgrounds and geographic regions.

The first step in resolving this issue is to hire more employees from different ethnicities and geographic regions. This will help the company recruit more people with diverse backgrounds, which can lead to a better understanding of its customers' needs.

Additionally, when hiring employees from different parts of the world, companies can benefit from their local knowledge and expertise. For example, someone who grew up in France may have a better understanding of French culture than someone who did not grow up there—this can help companies make decisions that are more culturally sensitive and relevant to their target audience.

However, there are some disadvantages associated with hiring PCNs (People of Color), TCNs (Third Culture Kids), HCNs (Host Country Nationals). For example, they may experience culture shock when they move abroad or into a new environment

Disneyland Paris can resolve some of its HR issues by hiring employees from outside France who have experience working in customer service roles. Hiring foreign nationals will allow Disneyland Paris to increase its revenue by bringing in customers from across the globe. The park can also benefit from hiring foreign nationals because they are likely to be more open-minded than their French counterparts, which will allow them to better serve international visitors at the park.
